New Accounts: C.O.D. company check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Net 30 days available upon approval for active accounts over six months with average monthly purchases of $1,500.00.

A finance charged of 1 ½% per month which is an annual percentage rate of 18% is charged on all past due accounts.

All orders are accepted in Brooklyn, New York. All goods are shipped F.O.B. Seller’s warehouse Brooklyn, New York.
Limited Warranty:
- All products manufactured by Page industries are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for one year following the invoice date.
- Page Industries will, at its option, repair or replace and return in warranty product without charge and will promptly return the product prepaid freight. Product should be returned via prepaid freight with letter of explanation, phone number and return address to:

Returns:
Page Industries will not accept returned products for credit or exchange without prior return permission. All returns must be given via prepaid freight unless otherwise authorized by Page Industries. A restocking charge of 10% will be deducted against and credits or exchanged returns.
Freight Damages:
Page Industries is not responsible for damages done in transit. All damages must be noted on the freight company’s receiving document. Keep damaged packages for inspection. Claims must be filed by Page Industries immediately. Notify Page Industries of any UPS claims and keep the damage package.
