The PI-BP2000 is a steel constructed plate designed to reinforce the base of the Toshiba 2000 series telepone when wall mounted. Dealers nationwide voiced their concerns over not having a viable solution to present to customers to repair the keyholes in back of their phones. Enviroments such as retail stores, pharmacies, restaurants usually have a majority of phones wall mounted negating the ability to replace broken parts with those of desk phones.
